      Pros

      Fair compensation, good clinical education both on-site and online, good workload expectations at 11 patients a day. Nice clinics and good coworkers

      Cons

      Poor mid level management, at least in my region. Some areas were heavily supported by "corporate" (ie dedicated marketing team, work comp specialist) while other areas had nothing. Make a lot of decisions based on money, but that's any large company.

      Pros

      I work with a lot of great people at my clinic. Fast paced. Have built good relationships with nurse case managers through communication.

      Cons

      Significantly lacking in coverage for all job roles during vacations or sickness. Also very hesitant to hire more staff which is ultimately stunting the growth of our clinic.
