Pros

They tend to hire new grads which brings energy to the company.

Cons

The new grads get burned out quickly from productivity pressure of the corporate environment. They are owned by private equity and must meet their $$$ expectations.

Pros

Well established programs to help you see the types of patients you want to see. Great annual CEU budget and free access to courses on MedBridge. Company well respected by community and physicians.

Cons

Early/late schedule swap gets tiring, push for high coding with overlapping patients..., felt underpaid at times

Pros

You learn a lot about rehabilitation, exercises, stretches and physical agent modalities. The patients and coworkers were fun to work with at least at the Eureka Missouri location. They are pretty flexible about hours and worked with me while I was in school.

Cons

The pay was minimum wage which given my background I feel like it should have been a little more. I was coming in as more than just the fresh out of high school student. I had some college background along the lines of what the job entailed.
