Pros

Hours are good and they give you a gym membership to the park district

Cons

It is a completely toxic environment in the corporate offices and everyone is just a number.

Pros

Decent work environment when there are patients to work with. It's not so fast paced that it was difficult to manage when staff support is present. Patients are mostly agreeable and management does fair at intervention when they were not. Being an aide didn't have many responsibilities beyond helping patients when needed and clinic maintenance. Good experience for those wanting to get into therapy field. They pay for CPR classes.

Cons

Depending on the facility, pay for aides isn't consistent at Athletico. My pay was $9.25/hr and I worked there for over 2 years. I went to a different clinic to help and the new hire aide there made $11. That was very frustrating.
