The give you autonomy over your work.

Cons

They churn through employees, and give them 2 weeks notice before they cut you off. Very nasty company. You get no help, and if you are lucky you have some few workers that try to pull you out of drowning pool.

Your well-being and mental health are not the concerns of the managers. They are only concerned about the output you deliver for the company and nothing else.
