Great place to work if truely interested in Steel Detailing A lot to learn and always busy Awesome coworkers

Boss is two-faced and will get under your skin, as long as you can handle the boss and his rules you'll be fine. Almost 2 years working here, over 50 percent of the project managers in LA headquarters office has left, reason being the boss.

Cons

Managers' treatment of staff is sometimes appalling, humiliating them in front of others. This toxic behavior is ignored by leadership. Disconnect between the actual cruel culture and what's on the website. Very stressful.
