Few good people. Flexibility in work options

Cons

Less Pay, Unrealistic work expectations, lack of empathy, a lot of behind back talking behind back, especially Monica (Attlanta office), & Marie (Raleigh Office), uncertainties with projects they bring because they do awful jobs, definitely overrecruited and layoffs current people citing lacking of work reason, this all applies only to Raleigh water resources team. They have people in India working for cheap, too.
