My co-workers were good people and some of the projects they work on are interesting.

Cons

It's not worth the compensation and work-life balance. I worked nearly 60 hours a week while being micromanaged by a passive-aggressive supervisor. The company as a whole was not very welcoming or diverse. If you have not been here for 10+ years or related to someone at the company, it's going to be a challenge.
