Pros

I’ve worked for Atlanta Autism Center for almost 9 months and I have had an awesome experience. There are plenty of opportunities for growth. Jasmine the regional CD and Kendra, the manager of alpharetta have always encouraged me and made me feel supported. AAC is definitely one of the best companies i’ve worked for .

Cons

none, all around a good company to work for!

Organized clinic with friendly staff

Pros

I joined the AAC team in the beginning of 2023 as a therapist after an unpleasant, year long experience with another clinic in Atlanta. Coming from California where clinics aren’t as prevalent as in Georgia, my perception of ABA therapy in the South had become very misconstrued. After a year of dealing with disorganization, avaricious leadership and high turnover rates at my previous clinic, I was presented with an offer from AAC to join their team. Fast forward 5 months and I can confidently say I made an excellent choice joining the AAC team. Our CM Reana has been extremely kind, helpful and flexible. I have never felt uncomfortable asking Reana questions or bringing up concerns, she’s been very transparent and fair with all matters. Our BCBA Chary has been nothing but sweet and patient, working alongside her has been effortless. Chary’s willingness to collaborate and true interest in other’s opinions and suggestions has been very refreshing. Our BCBA Nick has been super hands on and helpful with program related questions. I always feel supported and confident during sessions with Nick’s informative and effective guidance. Coming to work shouldn’t be a drag and working with AAC it has been the complete opposite. I love my team and kiddos!

Cons

Kids transfer out at 6, it’s so hard not to get attached!
