Pros

I have been here a short period of time but I feel as if Nick, Reana, and Chay are very helpful and actually care about the center, the kids and techs!

Cons

I have no complaints whatsoever!

Pros

Reana (OM) as well as Nick and Chary (BCBAs) are super helpful! They definitely make sure you know that you can come to them with questions and help! The environment at PTC is super supportive from other RBTs as well.

Cons

Kids get sick and spread it easily, BCBAS don’t have the same values on pairing which can cause some BTS to become aversive to clients.

Pros

If you are an RBT you will receive 1 week of training which includes supervision. Once joining the team Reana the practice manager kept me informed about my schedule and notified me with any changes. Chary and Nick, who are the BCBA, have kept the team and I updated on clients protocol and give critical feedback during supervision to set you up for success when you are with your client.

Cons

1 hour lunch break in between clients.
