The team cares about you, from your peer therapists up to leadership/management. Both your mental and physical health matter and it shows through their policies.

Cons

Not so much of a con as it is more of a forewarning, but this job would not be a good fit for you if you are easily overstimulated.

Cons

Upper management communications about any changes could be better. It is important to advocate for yourself.
