I've been here about 3 years, and every day I get up and still look forward to going to work! The culture, the team, the leadership, the professional growth, and of course the kids make for such a rewarding and fulfilling job.

Pros

AAC is by the most organized and caring ABA company I have worked at. The company is ran by professionals who are well versed about ABA and they always put the kiddos first. The pay is consistent and work life balance is great!

Cons

The rates for employee health insurance are very expensive.
