Pros

I work on the administrative side of things & have really enjoyed working at AAC. All the staff at each location have been so kind and helpful. The OMs and CDs work hard to make things work for staff and clients. This is the third ABA company I have worked for and I really appreciate (as a former RBT, especially) that AAC follows through with their attendance policy for families. They work closely with families and staff to overcome any obstacles.

Cons

Schedule inconsistency but that is an industry issue and not an AAC one.
