Morale was pretty good....under Doug H. Not so much with the new Director.

Pros

Office building offers free gym membership. Benefits are decent, although they increase every year.

Cons

C-Suite Executives under the new director forced everyone to come back into the office to micromanage employees. Too many meetings about unimportant topics and they no longer offer transit subsidies to assist with the expensive commute.

Pros

Strong leadership, positive, team oriented, and collaborative working environment, hybrid work schedule agency wide, good benefits

Cons

Commute to downtown can be tough if you don’t leave home in the right window of time. If MARTA is convenient for you, I recommend using it over driving.
