Pros

The organization has an amazing mission and most people are trying hard to work towards it. People are motivated by their passion.

Cons

The new ED has caused a ton of confusion and people are very unhappy about being required to RTO. They rely WAYYYY too heavily on 'full-time temp' workers that don't get benefits or PTO.

Pros

This is the best job I have ever experienced. Including internship experiences and working at school, I worked for almost five different place and this is the best. People are kind, logical, goal-oriented but always try to accommodate with your schedule, limitations, and your opinion. Very positive energy. I just love working here.
