No sales pressure!!! Great people in some of the branches. Bank has potential.

Cons

No sales pressure! No help from area manager or market exec! Bad training in branch! No lending training on how to sell to customers! If you don't speak up you will do well! Worst turn over I have ever seen in Shenandoah Valley market. Never fully staffed! Staff that stay are not appreciated! No career development! Area manager gossips with staff!

Good staff in some branches. Good rep in Richmond area. GREAT potential if better managed.

Cons

Shenandoah Valley Market is run horribly! Area management has no idea how to manage people. Staff in branches are very demotivated. Turn over is unbelievable, one branch has been through 3 whole sets of staff at a branch and the manager is still there!
