      Pros

      Great in other areas. Has great potential

      Cons

      Managers want to succeed but the area manager is lacking in experience, talent, man management skills, understanding of the sales processes, coaching and motivation. Could be wonderful place to work but no cohesion between team and middle management.

      Solid community bank looking to treat customers well. Lots of branches so great for customer service positions.

      Cons

      Hours started to get to long for customer service. Not enough float tellers to fill needed roles.

      Pros

      Advanced community bank. Technology is great!

      Cons

      Running a drawer and managining branch sales at the same time. Aisle time is a little worrisom in the in-store branches too. Great hours for the customers but bad hours for the emloyees who work at in-store branches from 9-7 M-F and 9-2 on weekends. Open non-major holidays: MLK Day, Presiden't Day, etc. (all in-store branches). Expensive benefits package if you have a family.
