Pros

Great facility if you work days. Only because it's Morgan Stanley's Corporate office. GCC workers are also great.

Cons

Management could care less about you. This is a job for a HS graduate to answer phones. Beware they will promise more $$$ and do not come through in the end. If not on the 1st shift you are not recognized, It seems to be to be an old boys club. Still waiting to talk to upper manager but left instead. I could go on for much more.

Pros

I can't say too much good about the company, its nice to have gateway travel for the commute and they are so disorganized and disfunctional I manage to get a lot of time off.

Cons

They are so disorganized and disfunctional every day is maddening, you leave a wake of disdain and anger in your path on a trip as hotels are not booked, commercial deadhead flights are not booked or booked incorrectly, and ground transportation is a surprise if it actually does show up after a 20 hour duty day. Not to mention the embarrassing pay that is so far below industry standard it is off the charts by a factor of 50%+.

Pros

747. International. Stepping stone to better run places.

Cons

Management hates the employees, shows disdain and contempt for them at every opportunity. Petty and retaliatory, lots of finger pointing and little ownership. Senior management does not act like vested owners of the Company, incapable of taking a long view, it's all about tomorrow's stock price and maximizing their own bonuses.
