Challenging and rewarding place to work. It is a startup company taking over management of existing surgery centers, lots of opportunities to really make your mark. Very generous benefit package with guaranteed 401k match.

Cons

As a startup, there are still processes and systems that need to mature. But company is headed in right direction.
