Pros

The leadership of this company is truly looking to build a competitive and innovative management model that will deliver best-in-class care to our patients and the physicians that use our facilities. They have an excellent culture for learning and growth, and it's fun to be with a company at the start of their growth and building phase. Benefits are good!

Cons

Typical small company growing pains; Just starting to establish our internet and media presence, and work with employees on changes and improvements.

Pros

The only pro is that hopefully by reading this, you won’t make the mistake of working for these horrendous humans.

Cons

Administration is so unqualified and unprofessional. Every Center is incredibly top heavy, with CEOs and DONs who are clueless, hateful and bullies. BANNER IF YOU READ THIS PLEASE TAKE BACK YOUR SURGERY CENTERS!!! Employees are harassed and Bullied. The culture is toxic and hostile. Management refuses to help their staff, instead they force people into overtime, doing tasks they have never had to do. Atlas promised that all banner employees would keep their positions and so far they have cleaned out all the surgery center staff. Some by firing, some by harassing to the point of mental breakdowns, forcing them to quit.

Bullying and any type of toxic behavior are not tolerated at any level in this organization, and we regret to hear you felt this took place at your location. Leaders that truly care about people and put employees first; fantastic pay and benefits.

Cons

Like any new company there will be growing pains, but Atlas focuses on their people first and that is the best way to create a great company.
