Pros

Since the CEO and director are so out of touch with the concept of the job they like to buy into the new corporate mumbo-jumbo! So what to creat new goals and expectations consistently and if you’re not giving anything new they want to nitpick at you. But the job is simple and it needs to get done. And they refuse to see it that way and it’s annoying and people leave.

Cons

It’s a normal job but volume is high and no life balance.
