Hybrid has you stressing to find a work space. No permanent desk. Departments do not collaborate. Constant complaints and pointing fingers. Management Criticizing of other departments Unprofessional Constant changes in processes. Manual tedious maneuvers

God awful management. Lies upon lies to get people into the door. Management nice to your face and then throw you under the bus to save their own skin. Management talks badly about coworkers to other coworkers as if we don’t talk to each other. Toxic toxic work environment. Cares more about their bottom line than their staff. Mid management lies to upper management, but upper management keeps toxic mid managers around.
