The residents are all I can think of!

Cons

GREED! All they are concerned with is MONEY! Residents get meds at wrong times and even the wrong meds at times but nothing is ever done or reported to state unless a family member threatens to report them! As long as you suck up to the ED and DOW you will be fine. If you try to put the residents first...YOU WILL NEVER MAKE IT! Pay is extremely low and insurance is outrageous!
