This has resulted in a marked operational discontinuity and a misalignment with recognized standards of corporate stewardship. Furthermore, the persistent and intentional misrepresentation of corporate performance metrics to external stakeholders constitutes a critical breach of fiduciary responsibilities and has created significant brand equity erosion, with potential long-term legal and ethical ramifications
