Hello, it says a lot about a person who gives such disrespectful feedback. You mention you have been working 1-2 years ?, why are you still here if the environment is so bad? I would truly love to learn more. Atlas has been a successful company for more than 20 years. We have a long history of taking care of our clients and our employees. Feel free to reach out Dana.Schiavone@atlassystems.com

Terrible company to work for

Pros

Work from home, flexibility, offers insurance

Cons

I worked for Atlas for 3 years and have watched people come and go. I was never appreciated for all the hard work I would put in. If you aren’t friends with the supervisor you are treated badly. I was demoted with no explanation other than the supervisor wanted her friends in the position I was in. I asked to meet with HR regarding my situation and was told she was too busy to meet with me. Very unprofessional! There is no job security and when work is low they make people take days unpaid off unless you’re the supervisor friends.

Hello and we appreciate you taking the time to give us YOUR perspective. Turnover is common in a Call Center as it is very hard to find stable, mature and hard working individuals. Your comments are not in line with Atlas' culture and we have more than 20 years of proven success both from client and employee perspective. We hope you find a role that satisfies you and wish you the best!
