Pros

The ability to work remotely. Workload is fair and achievable. The benefits available to us this year (2024) are much better than in prior years. They help me out with my medical/vision and dental needs.

Cons

Due to the cost of living increases, an increase would be a very motivating thing in the proper direction.

Pros

I value the work life balance that is offered at Atlas. We have a strong leadership team at all levels. I value the relationship with my supervisor, as they encourage often, and have understanding for the situations I'm in.

Cons

I feel the pay could be improved. When I applied for the job it was listed as a position with a certain pay, I am still being paid under what the position showed during initial application.
