      Pros

      They support you when you need help. They have schedules that work with your life not the other way around. They recognize great performance and reward accordingly.

      nothing comes to mind right now.

      Pros

      Fast paced environment where you can learn a lot. Management is easily accessible and encourages feedback. Growing rapidly. You are rewarded for your work with regular pay increases.

      Must be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

      Family Work Culture

      Pros

      One of the best things about working for Atlas is the family work culture. I can tell that the company not only cares about my performance but also my personal well being. Our CEO goes above and beyond to let us know that we are important to him

      Cons

      One downside is the workload. Some employees must wear many hats at a time and that can be a little overwhelming. However, Atlas is such a great company to work for that you don't mind pitching in or taking up extra tasks when required. The main reason I wrote any con is because it was a required field.

I agree and thank you for your comments, we are lucky to have a strong and stable leader in our Founder and CEO, Venugopala Chalamala. Work-Life balance is very important and sometimes it can be challenging juggling all priorities but support is there so do not hesitate to ask for it when needed!
