Not Preferable
Pros
* As Company is small, you will be knowing everybody. * In few teams you can learn little as technology wise. * Management was good previous, very funny and friendly with juniors even. I am not sure about now, heard that they have left.
Cons
* If you starting your career from here, I will say no. Because here in most of the project or products people generally work on XML configuration. There is no pure coding. Please prefer very good startup. You will learn a lot. * Politics, You will feel as if you are in some kind of assembly and everybody is a big politician. * You will be an IT Labor who doesn't even work on core IT. * No Work/Life Balance. Even They will call you on weekend, have feeling that if you will search a job.(Story of me and my friends) * No Appreciation of work. ( As already left the company, but my friend still feels the same even though management has been changed). Lots to say but Please understand and not to join Atlas systems pvt ltd. We have spent more than 3 yrs. We joined as fresher there. Above are experienced and we dont want others to suffer.
