      Not a great and safe place to work

      Pros

      nothing to express about them.

      Cons

      No proper process followed. They change the date of salary suddenly. Not employee friendly. The management asks employees to leave the company if some raises hands against any of the companies decision.

We are indeed working on improving our process, HR policies & overall work culture . We take the issue of culture very seriously and are investing even more this year on that front. This includes arranging "All hands meeting" every month where every employee gets the opportunity speak about their issue [If any]. Would welcome a conversation if you're open to having one on how we can improve on this.

      Bad atmosphere, politics, not at all employee friendly

      Pros

      only for workaholics.. not for the normal employees. good salary hike if you can spend 15 hrs in office every day .

      Cons

      many cons including - politics, bad atmosphere, 0 facilities to employee, hidden rules and policies. Management is worse, no Hr, no organisation hierarchy, only 14 PL. No Casual leave or sick leave provided very bad leave management, join here if u do not expect anything from organisation, managers etc. 0 marks for CEO. Worst company if u want to have healthy work environment and any rewards for your work. Fresher do not join just for the sake of job. you will end up wasting first 1 or 2 crucial years of you life. They will show you many opportunities initially but you will not get anything. Think before joining.
