      Pros

      1. You will find more Sr. members, to whom you can reach out anytime for clarifying your doubts. 2. Do acknowledge the good work you do and will get the recognition as well. 3. Enough project in almost all platform (.Net, Java, Open Source, and much more… where you can fit yourself)

      Cons

      Cons: 1. Should have more transparency. 2. NO WFH policy; but it is “TRUE” that they consider it based on importance/priority and situational. However, having a policy on this case would be great than saying that “We Don’t Have Such Policy”. I do believe that people can’t enjoy WFH and be lazy if they are committed. Of course, end-of-the-day; everyone is responsible and answerable for what they do!

      Cons

      This message goes out only for freshers, training useless, will be put into any project without releasing your potential. Spoiler. Don't have good projects. Too much groupism and politics. Difference and competition bet Mangers affect your chances getting into project. A big NO NO for freshers. First 2 years of only freshers sets the career and you will spoil it if you join this company for a sake of an job.
