Great culture, broken processes

Business Outlook

Pros

The culture is excellent, and the solutions and value provided are outstanding. Teamwork is highly effective, and the company is experiencing rapid growth. Furthermore, the benefits and remote work policy are commendable.

Cons

While compensation is satisfactory, there is room for improvement. Sales governance requires further development, particularly concerning partnerships and sales teams within enterprise contexts. Frequent adjustments and increases in pricing present challenges in our customer interactions. Leadership quality is inconsistent, with some leaders demonstrating strong capabilities while others may benefit from additional preparation.

Toxic work culture that has worsened significantly in recent years. Collaboration is heavily overshadowed by dirty politics, favoritism, and unclear expectations.
