Pros

**Pros:** The company promotes a collaborative and supportive work environment where team members are encouraged to share ideas and grow. There is a strong emphasis on learning, ownership, and delivering quality work. Leadership is approachable, and there are good opportunities to work on impactful projects.

Cons

At times, the work environment can be quite fast-paced, with tight deadlines that may feel difficult to manage. Career growth and promotions can seem challenging to achieve. Learning opportunities are somewhat limited, as the work often involves handling basic technical issues rather than deeper, more complex problem-solving. Additionally, even when the root cause is understood, implementing fixes typically requires escalation, which limits hands-on exposure to how systems work internally.

Pros

- Decent comp with refreshers too - Fast paced - good teammates

Cons

- Performance reviews were rough and often skewed downwards pushing less and less people into Exceeds and more into Meets most. - Lots of pressure from upper management to constantly move fast and use ai even when ai is not the solution.

Pros

- Values led culture, especially Play as a team, Build with heart and balance and open company no BS - Highly supportive for employee well being. TIP surveys allow for a regular opportunity to understand and address employee sentiment, and are taken seriously - Benefits are some of the best in class - Sufficient opportunities for mentorship

Cons

- Growth can feel stifled at times, especially with slow decision making - Middle management feels slow, driving consensus is hard - Recent hires have changed the culture significantly, pivoted to one upmanship and favoratism
