Pros
The company culture is amazing, the people who work here are like family, it is extremely welcoming. Long-term constant growth. There are plenty of opportunities to learn if you look for them. There is a great deal of opportunity for achievement.
Cons
Advancement is limited, generally succession is planned and not very flexible. The only experience valued is that acquired in the natural gas utility industry, education is not valued but a lack of it can limit advancement. "The way things have always been done" is commonly heard, the bar is set fairly low so everyone meets expectations, as a result achievement is not valued.
