Hello, thanks for taking the time to comment here. I'd add two things... we do have a very good bunch of women here as well... and we promoted just over 20% of our employees to higher level positions in 2018.

Pros

There are some incredibly bright people working at Atmosera. It was great to go in every day and work with people that are at the top of their game. It’s a very fast paced environment with a lot of positive change taking place…..both in the technology and the organization itself. Virtually everyone I interacted with on a daily basis was very accommodating and willing to lend a hand. There is a lot of opportunity to advance and take on more responsibility. Recently a large focus was put on technical training and advanced certifications and the participation was tremendous. If you are looking for a challenge in a company where you can make an impact, this is a good place to look.

Cons

The Organization is still going through some changes which is good. Change is not always easy, and some folks may not be able to adapt. The only downside is if you are not ready, willing, and able to a work in a fluid environment.

Very much appreciate you taking the time to provide feedback here; thank you for positive feedback and advice/view on what we should think about to make Atmosera even better. The 20+ Azure Administrator certifications thus far in 2019 has been incredible to watch. The enthusiasm and intelligence of our employees is top notch!

Pros

Always have new things to learn and do. There is never any "downtime" between projects. That's both good and bad. Very smart people to learn from. Always have the ability to expand your horizons with company encouragement. Recent turn over has hurt, but has made the company stronger by getting rid of low performing and high complaining individuals. Flexible hours and WFH if needed.

Cons

Sales/CSM teams get what they want, not what they need. Areas of responsibility are muddy. People that whine the most get what they want, sometimes (usually) at the detriment to moral. Projects can take longer than they should due to contract wording or internal politics. PTO sucks. It really just sucks. In the day and age of 4 weeks+ being the norm, 3 weeks doesn't cut it. C-Level/VP-level does have a bit of ADHD, they needs to tone it down and stick to the written plan.

Thank you for your feedback here. I doubly appreciate the insight relative to the Cons. The goal here is to progress forward under a meritocracy, team-oriented, customer-focused culture. I'll definitely look into your first two comments and again, I appreciate your feedback.
