A place to spread your wings

Pros

Atmosera is a place where you can truly spread your wings and be at the forefront of cloud technologies. Whether you’re just starting your career or already well into it, you’re given countless opportunities to learn cutting-edge cloud solutions, earn certifications, grow your skills, and advance into higher-level roles — all while being part of a great team and culture. At many companies, you eventually hit a glass ceiling or face limited opportunities for growth. That has never been the case at Atmosera. You’re encouraged to grow, to learn, and to push yourself forward. This has been the longest tenure of my career, and rightfully so.

Cons

It probably could use more cowbell.

Thank you for your commentary. You're so correct, Atmosera is a place where you can create a lot of value for yourself and what we're building because one has the opportunity to learn a lot, work with leading technology, and there is never a shortage of work when being a part of a 24x7 critical infrastructure management organization. Please raise the hand, be a voice via Paylocity or via department channels or directly to me if you want, for ways to mitigate the burn out elements. We want a high performance, high camaraderie, meaningful culture/environment... not burnout or grinding to where what we're building together suffers. Thanks again for the comments.
