Pros

Self-management Training and certifications in abundance Opportunities to do more Good entry vehicle for your career in cloud technology Rather chill environment Business is doing well, indicating job security Direct concern from the CEO for employees

Cons

Recently a bit of unexpected staff flip which is weird for a small, close-knit staff group Base salaries may not be as competitive as other competitors Things are a work-in-progress, so if you like working at F500 major players, this is not that.

Pros

● You will learn A LOT. ●Great team including most managers ● They pay for certifications and give bonuses when you get it and half the bonus when you renew it. ●The have paid holidays including Friday after Thanksgiving.

Cons

● Pay is not good. Especially when you compare to other companies for similar roles or even lesser roles. [To be fair I think it's overall getting better for new hires but not if you stick around] ● They like to advertise their PTO for community service a lot. But I have yet to hear of anyone using it or see any internal information about it. ● like other reviews have said it feels like a startup without the startup pay. They are still trying to figure out how they want the teams to work. And lot of confusion when we change things to change it back and then found out we want to go back to the original way of how we did things. I'm sure a lot of companies need to do this. It's just not worth the current pay. ●They have heavily focused on sales and client growth without first building the necessary team to support all the new clients. ● ●

Thank you for your commentary here and I'm happy you have learned a ton and appreciate the teams/people we have at Atmosera... such great people who have high GAS tanks (people care). On the pay front, it is a challenge and one that we're conscious of, to balance the working capital requirements of high growth and investing everywhere we can or should. It's definitely something we think through and with best intent, manage. Your observations are correct relative to new hires, and the pace of bringing an entire organization of people who have been here for a long time up to market can seem too slow. We try to make up for this with incentive bonuses (as you mentioned) and in other benefits (i.e pretty healthy 401k match, etc.) or opportunities to engage/impact/learn... which leads to more responsibilities and $. Lastly, you are correct on the need to hire more people... that is the plan and between that and investments in automation, strong leadership, and a focus on client happiness being number 1, your comments are aligned with what we have going on in various stages (soon to accelerate overall). Thank you again for taking the time to provide some feedback. Additionally, hope you are using our internal tools for anonymous feedback and engagement (or simply being communicative about the things you want to see) - Atmosera is a flat organization and one where I encourage engagement, positive impact, problem solving, and helping us all be better for our clients and us as employees.
