      Pros

      Great people to work with. Most of the managers are well trained and work well with employees. Coworkers are wonderful. Most work from home which is extremely convenient. Pay is average.

      Cons

      I've worked here for 14+ years. Almost every year there is a threat of layoffs. Now most of the functional support positions are moving offshore. There is no loyalty to employees. Seniority means nothing and the longer you are with the company the more likely it's your turn to be let go. Training is at a bare minimum. Upper management has little to no contact with support personnel. Raises are few and far between. As soon as I can find another job with another company I will move on.

      Pros

      Good hours of work and a lovely team of colleagues. The ability to add in benefits via wage sacrifice.

      Cons

      I fear telling anyone who I work for due to bad press and public opinion of the company. The wages are totally built around giving the HCP's as much as possible and paying admin as little as possible. There is a very bad favouritism factor within management, where a number of colleagues are allowed without provocation to get away with poor time keeping, bad attitude and time off. Where the ones not favoured (who are perfectly good at their job) if they acted in the same way would be disciplined or sacked altogether.
