Pros

There are next to none.

Cons

We were acquired by Atos a few years ago. They came in and got rid of every employee they could, including whole departments that had specialized knowledge. They then turn around and complain when systems go down and there isn’t anyone to support them. They also cut all the hourly employees and made them contract workers through a staffing agency so they could cut pay didn’t have to offer them benefits. I got to watch a lot of close friends have to pick up second jobs just to be able to afford insurance. On top of all this when numbers weren’t being met so management wouldn’t get bonuses all US salaried employees were forced to take unpaid days off with the promise that it would be paid back down the line. It was not. Benefits are expensive, almost double what they were under the previous company. They also would not allow spouses on the insurance if they could get insurance, no matter how terrible, through their employer. Pay is super low which was acceptable when remote work was allowed. That got removed with no additional compensation.

Pros

There are very few if any pros. I worked there 10 years and they will do anything to anyone in order to keep showing their investors & board profit. That means pay reduction, furloughs, lower your title credentials.

Cons

I worked there 10 years and they will do anything to anyone in order to keep showing their investors & board profit. That means pay reduction, furloughs, lower your title credentials. So if you really want to see what the decline of the economy has done to employers and their now "Employers Market" then work for Atos. The very worst company I have ever worked with

Pros

Atos is a difficut place to work. Company culture relfects little respect for the employees. Constant pressure to "do more with less". Working 50+ hrs a werk is rewarded with no pay increases, bonus, but with a forced unpaid furlough. These are the pros.

Cons

Company has mandated all new employees be H1B Visa holders. Employees are being being layed off and jobs are off shored to Mexico and the Philippines resulting in major SLA penalties and the loss of major clients.
