      Great training, awful management afterwards.

      Pros

      There was a really good training program for the first few months. The pay and benefits were good.

      Cons

      Everything that came after training was a nightmare. I barely knew who I was supposed to report to. The only person who would respond to my emails, both in Syntel and the company I was contracted with, was an HR guy. I was completely forgotten for about 12 months, getting maybe three interviews in all of that time, despite trying to reach out to get some. I ended up being laid off because of COVID and the fact that after all that time, the only way they could get someone to consider me was to have it be a position they didn't get paid for.
