if you are longtime thats it your pay or band/grade doesnt change,if you get sick their insurance sucks, HR force you to resign for stupid rules,they will take more than half of your salary,Its like Company grows not the employee,Never get reorganization. Very Very bad managers all over company,every appraisal they ask you to do something to get promotion but they never give you.they Intranet portals sucks there are hell of issues to fill appraisal form, you need to do thousand things finish it at last you get NOTHING literally nothing.... I can go on n on but no use , Please don't go to this company
