      You'll have to constantly move, there is no culture, no diversity, no mobility, unreasonable management, 50k as an engineer? Are you kidding?!! HR sucks with exception of a few people.

      Pros

      Great for individuals starting with no prior experience. The campus hire program is a really great place to start right after college. It's great that they try to provide career starting points for individuals right out of school.

      Cons

      Very little organization or communication. HR processes are dysfunctional and confusing. Pay rate is below average for the industry. The company values clients more than employees and it shows.
