      Pros

      nothing is in PROS section from me .. only thing i can say is its good company for 2-6 yrs of experience and that to if you get onsite opportunity. by the way .. yes there is a PROS .. you have good chance of onsite opportunity.

      Cons

      salary is very less compared to market Very very bad HR policies and you never know when they will change. You dont have any say on any of the decision about yourself.

      Pros

      Lot of areas created as seperate horizontols like ASG and Middleware group. But on real terms there is not much innovation done on these horizontals.

      Cons

      The organization is not open in Apprasial feedback and process. Also lot of disparity in level of experience and kind of renumaration offered. You will find it difficult to grow only by trying to harness your talent.

      Pros

      Good to start your career with. Good Exposure to different technologies. If you happened to get into a good team and good rapport with your seniors (PL/PM) then ample opportuniites will be given. Nice pay packages for lateral employees, especially from branded organisation.

      Cons

      Once hired the package freezes Senior Management is very good at making paper commitments. When it comes to delivering the goods, they are hopeless.
