      Pros

      Syntel has better facilities auch as transport compared with many other Software companies. It has end to end IT responsibilities for some of it's clients.

      Cons

      There is no organization. Processes not followed, project managers, delivery managers do not follow processes. Favour theirs 'Chaploos' sub-ordinates. No Knowledge transfers.Horrible for new joinees. Do not follow basic professional etiquettes.

      Pros

      Syntel has some very good projects with great companies in New york. So it will give you very good work experience and environment if you are able to secure a good project.

      Cons

      There is no professional growth within syntel. You will be doing some work at same salary, doesn't matter how many years you work with them.
