      work environment is excellent in syntel, here you can learn at the beginning of your career , it is cmmi level5 process oriented company

      Cons

      as we know , nothing is perfect . so still some laps are in management perspective, but still today it is improving

      1.) Good company for the freshers. Can work for 2 or 3 years to get good technical knowledge. Good technical projects and very soon you will be billable.

      Cons

      1.) Not good for the laterals. 2.) Lots of politics 3.) No support from the management 4.) Worst support staff like HR, Admin and Transport.
