Pros

The staff and residents that what to make a difference and care.

Cons

Where to start... Bullying is the moto here upper management doesn't care about anything or anyone don't let them cool you on anything otherwise. It's $$$$ or nothing. They lose or get rid of good employees and keep brain dead people.
