Great health insurance and rrsp benefits

Cons

Bad administration, low paying, employees who don’t care for the company or the colleges or the costumers (elderly people). Low notions of cleanliness, depressive environment, lack of people for the amount of tasks asked.

free meals good relationships with residents

Cons

randomly got our hours cut from 25+ a week to 6hrs a week and our shifts were cut to 2 hours but were expected to do the same amount of stuff in that time.
