Benefits are awesome. They also offer a pretty good work life balance. Flexible work schedule. The opportunity to be challenged in your role. Job growth. Education benefits.

Cons

The compensation was always a challenge, especially considering the competing healthcare system would compensate better. I would also take a deeper look at the flow of the urgent care facilities.
