The fake sense of being a part of something meaningful

Management is very hands off to the point their labs are often poorly equipped or have faulty equipment. When hired they said they ran 3 pts a night on occasion but it was not frequent, which was a lie. If you enjoy fighting faulty equipment on 3 severe pts every night then this is the place for you. If you enjoy feeling like you are not being run into the ground for profit while using broken equipment I would look elsewhere. They also do not take employee disabilities seriously outside of covering themselves legally,
