      Pros

      The live well incentives are helpful with healthcare cost. This is a good benefit

      Cons

      In a long term care building it would be helpful to have a business office on site to assist with finance and activity of the building.

      Pros

      It's a good place to work if you're looking for a job to start your career. Some of the people I worked with were great.

      Cons

      Bureaucratically driven atmosphere. Leadership is only around when they need something and I wouldn't look to this place for advancement. Not very flexible with schedules.

      12 hour shifts make it easy to have 3 or 4 days off a week, pto builds quickly, 401k match

      Cons

      pto never approved, yuo have no idea who to report to, constant turn over
