      Frontline workers are underpaid while Executives and upper management are overly compensated

      Pros

      Coworkers are great to work with and make this place tolerable.

      Cons

      Leaders encourage employees to be martyrs by reminding them that they should be thankful they have jobs, especially with the cutbacks in healthcare and by reminding employees of what they are here for, "to care for the sick". However, it is interesting that they don't adhere to the lip-service they give to others, especially when leaders' compensation packages are so excessive.
