      -Flexible work hours -Understanding management -Treated with worth, -Competitive pay -Willing to work on pay and hours if you are willing to put in effort -Encourage growth and new ideas

      Cons

      -No solid direction (Great for self starters. Followers will stagnate) -Small team, so work is very busy at times -Organization and documentation is minimal

      Pros

      A large system that can offer good benefits and a decent work/life balance. The benefits that are offered are very comprehensive.

      Cons

      Will fire employees they deem to be a "threat" to the organization. Require employees to report for duty when there are adverse weather events. Senior management is a wild boar- they do whatever they want to do without regards to the employees. They try to trick employees into thinkiing something is good when it really isn't.
